Our cheesecakes without our Graham cracker crust are suitable for coeliac. Our mousse cakes Dark Belgium mousse or our Hazelnut mousse are also suitable for coeliac.
All of our products are baked in the same bakery so it’s possible that they may contain traces of nuts.

Orders need to be placed before 4pm, the day before collection or delivery is required.However some cakes require other times, eg. Wedding cakes need a minimum of 14days notice,Special occasion cakes and photo cakes require a minimum of 3 or 2 days notice.

Yes, we deliver in and around, Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, West Vancouver & North Vancouver,Coquitlam, Port Moody, New Westminster, Maple Ridge, Delta, Surrey and Langley. We also do slice delivery through doordash, skip the dishes, uber eats.
You will be asked to present your order confirmation (either on your mobile or with a paper copy) when collecting your order. If someone is collecting the order on your behalf, please ensure they have a copy of this with them.
Yes, you can make amends 24 hours prior to your cake been collected or delivered. You can contact the store by phone or email and arrangements will be made for you.

If a cake is not listed on the website under the cake you are looking for the reasons would be, the sponge is too soft to hold the icing, the height needed wont hold the filling.

Unfortunately we do not have dairy or egg free products at this time, hopefully soon.
Use a hot knife, clean after each cut for a nice clean cut.

Classic and Birthday cake can be left out at room temperature. All other cakes should be stored in the fridge until serving, Cake and Ice cream should be stored in freezer.

We recommend that cakes don’t last more then 5 days for freshness and quality.
Yes, none of our cakes are frozen so you can freeze them at home and it wont affect the quality of your cake.

Yes, when ordering your cake we ask if you would like a message on the cake. This is a white chocolate plaque that will be in the center of the cake. 

Our aim has always been to provide our customers with a fantastic product, and great service, but from time to time, things don’t always go as planned. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch our manager. Where possible we’d like the product returned to one of our stores providing proof of purchase, or we can arrange to collect the order from you.
