Lemon Pistachio sponge Lemon curd with crushed Pistachio and Chantilly cream filling Covered in Chantilly cream

I have been going to True Confections for years, both for the quality of their cakes and their excellent and friendly service. Seasonal favourites add a little spice to their usual menu mix, and have been a good excuse to catch up with my cake buddies every few months (albeit separately in these days of restrictions). Keep an eye out for their matcha cake, and my all-time favourite dessert -- their maple walnut cheesecake!!
