When I went to collect the cake, the staff at the cake shop on Beach ave couldn’t locate it. I nearly panicked (3yo bday part without a cake?!) until I spotted it in the fridge 15 mins later. The cake itself was not great. $50 is too much money for a very dry cake with tasteless / waxy frosting. Honestly the cake tasted like something from Save on Foods or Safeway. Next time I will just pay $50 for a better quality cake at a proper bakery and add the writing and cake toppers myself!

We ordered a diplomat birthday cake and it was absolutely delicious! The entire experience from ordering to pick up to enjoying the cake was great. The staff were friendly and checked that the cake looked good before I left with it. Many of our guests commented on the cake and wanted to know where we bought it and what it was called. We’ll definitely be ordering again and trying other types!
