    Ordered a medium for mom’s 80th birthday. Went to pick it up but they only prepared a small; kitchen went to work immediately to rectify the problem. 20 mins later a medium appeared. I was offered a complimentary card and candles for the wait, but it was worth it as the cake was the freshest I’ve had, and I’ve had this dozens of times. The custard perfectly balanced the cake this time. Keep up the great work!

    Ordered cakes with you for many years, but was very disappointed this time. Cake got delivered way past the the time ordered for. I wasn’t going to write a review but when I opened the cake and saw two mistakes in the requested message “Happy Birthday Viktoriya” I was really disappointed, not to mention how awkward it was when the birthday girl opened the cake. Attached are photos. Nothing spells a ruined birthday cake like “Happy buthday Vikoriya”
