The cake I ordered looked nothing like the picture. It was as if the printer ink was running low. The red was pink and the black was green. They then matched the piping to the scroll so the cake was piped all in pink. This cake was for three male graduates and didn’t look good at all. I reached out to the store and they apologized but offered no explanation, refund or discount. This is why I’m leaving a negative review which I rarely do. I feel it was a missed opportunity for the company to learn from a mistake and make it better for a customer. In addition, although the cake tasted very good, the outer icing did not. I would not order one of the themed cakes ever again

My son really enjoyed his red velvet graduation cake 🎂 True Confections always make the best cakes
