Excella to cake…it would be good to leave an instruction also to refrigerate as this had ice-cream in it!

What a yummy cake. Looks fabulous and tastes just as it looks. We would have loved more ice cream though. The overall consensus was 2 layers of ice cream and one cake layer would have made it even better!!
