    This is my most favourite dessert in all of Canada and I’ve eaten a lot of dessert in my life. The mousse is the perfect balance of sweet, but not too sweet, and creamy chocolate. And the dessert keeps really well. I order a full cake and slowly dole it out to myself piece by piece over four days.
