This is my most favourite dessert in all of Canada and I’ve eaten a lot of dessert in my life. The mousse is the perfect balance of sweet, but not too sweet, and creamy chocolate. And the dessert keeps really well. I order a full cake and slowly dole it out to myself piece by piece over four days.

Nice smooth, creamy texture, interesting ‘presentation’ and not overly sweet (as mousse can be). The medium size was ample to feed a small group of co-workers.

Very plain, could not taste hazelnut, did not like texture, too dense. Will not order again. If you are looking for a good hazelnut mousse cake try Thierry, it is way better
